My writing covers the practical realities of building companies when AI is changing the rules: the decisions founders face, what AI can and cannot actually do for you, and the lessons that only come from trying things and getting them wrong.

Background

I spent my career as a software engineer — shipping products, designing architecture, and working at scale. I always intended to eventually become an entrepreneur, and when the time came, I made the leap. I am early in that journey, learning as I go, and writing about it here.
